FastStone Capture - Simple & Fast Screen Capture

FastStone Capture is a screen capture software for Windows 98 to Windows 10. It allows you to capture anything on the screen including windows, full screen, rectangle regions, freehand-selected regions and scrolling windows/web pages. It operates via a floating toolbar or via hotkeys resizing, cropping, text annotation, printing, e-mailing, screen magnifier. 

FastStone Capture became a Shreware from v5.4 onwards. Version 5.3 was the last freeware version and it can be downloaded and distributed freely.
